How to retrieve historical shipping info?

As you may notice, all shipping details that are more than 1 year will be archived from your account; particularly information under “Parcel Status” page. If you would like to retrieve your shipping history, simply fill up the form HERE and our support team will email the requested shipping info within 24 working hours.

* Shipping history info retrieval incur SGD5 .

You will receive the shipping history info within 24 working hours upon submission. Here is a sample data what you will be receiving.
