How to setup custom branding on Tracking SMS?

Sending a Tracking SMS can be a great way to keep your customers updated regarding their parcel status, and it’s getting even better when you can customize the SMS content to reflect your own brand identity and even express your own emotions by adding on S$0.02 only.


How much do I need to pay?

Tracking SMSS$0.06
Custom Tracking SMS(+S$0.08/recipient) 
Remove EasyParcel Branding(+S$0.00/recipient) 


To turn on normal Tracking SMS: 


Quote & Book your parcel as usual, then check the box to opt for Tracking SMS and click “Add to Cart”. S$0.06 will be charged for each SMS sent. 



To setup Custom Tracking SMS:-


Step 1: Go to “Marketing Tools” and click on “SMS” > “Custom Tracking SMS”.


Step 2: You can craft the SMS content with the variations listed above.


Step 3: You can choose to remove EasyParcel branding (+S$0.00/recipient) and “Save Changes”.


Step 4: Make sure you have activated the Custom Tracking SMS.


Step 5: Click "OK" to proceed.


Step 6: Once the Custom Tracking SMS has been activated, all you need to do is just turn on “Custom Tracking SMS” when booking for courier service.


You can deactivate/activate the EasyTrack Branding anytime as you wish

  1. All contents created for your own marketing purposes under EasyParcel Marketing Tools must NOT fall under:
    • Illegal products or services
    • Discriminatory practices
    • Alchohol & tobacco products Drugs & drug-related products
    • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
    • Adult products, services & content
    • Violent & gore content
    • Political, religious and racial content
    • Misleading or false content
    • Profanity and vulgar languages
    • Gambling
    • Counterfeit products & services
    • Prohibited financial products and services
    • Controversial content
  2. All contents created will be reviewed by EasyParcel team and approval will be granted within 24 to 48 working hours.
  3. Only English and Bahasa Malaysia language is allowed for all EasyParcel Marketing Tools – except for Custom Tracking Email (Mandarin language and emoji supported)
  4. NO refunds will be given:
    • Once payment for EasyParcel Marketing Tools is completed
    • If the design does not comply to our guidelines
    • For the day loss due to designs failure in complying to our guidelines
