To fulfill orders, navigate to Integrations > Your Stores in your EasyParcel SG account and click "Open App" next to your Shopee store. Select the orders you wish to process, click "Fulfill," and choose between pickup or drop-off services. Once you select a courier and complete the payment, click "Update Shopee's Status" to sync the tracking number back to your Shopee Seller Centre. Note: Ensure "Delivered by Seller" (DBS) is enabled on Shopee for tracking updates to sync correctly.

How to fulfill Shopee orders to EasyParcel?
Step 1: Go to EasyParcel -> "Integration" -> "Your Stores", find your Shopee store, click "Open App".

Step 2: The Shopee orders should already synced here, click on "Fulfill" on the order needs to be fulfilled.

Step 3: Select drop off or pick up service, choose a pickup date and click "Get Quote".

Step 4: On list of courier rates displayed, select a courier service and click "Proceed to Payment".

Step 5: Click "Confirm Payment" to confirm payment.

Step 6: After fulfillment, you may download the awb and update the tracking info to Shopee by clicking "Update Shopee's Status". Note that if your Shopee store does not enable Delivered by Seller (DBS), the tracking number and courier cannot be updated to your Shopee's order.
