You can determine the readiness of your shipping discounts by checking the coupon status in your EasyParcel SG dashboard under Account > Coupons. There are three primary statuses: Active (the coupon is valid and can be applied for a discount), Used (the coupon has already been redeemed and is no longer available), and Expired (the validity period has passed). Monitoring these statuses ensures you apply your rewards before they lapse.
- Active
- Coupons that show an 'Active' status means that the coupon can be applied at checkout and get a discount on the users overall shipment.
- Used
- Coupons that show a 'Used' status means that the coupon has been applied at checkout and can no longer be used again.
- Expired
- Coupons that show an 'Expired' status means that the coupon has exceeded it's validity period and can no longer be used during checkout.
