Here's the steps to fill up contact form: 

Step 1: Go to our Customer Help & Support and click on "General Inquiries". 


Step 2: Select your inquiry. 


  • A: Bugs Report
  • B: Marketing Inquiry
  • C: Sales Inquiry
  • D: Others Enquiry / Feedback

A: Bugs Report

Fill in the details such as email address, your message and attach any relevant photos for reference. Click "Submit Now".


B. Marketing Enquiry 

Select category. 

  • Integration
  • Packaging
  • Partnership (Vendor)
  • Partnership (Marketing Collaboration)


After select category. Fill in the details such as Email address, your message, and attach any relevant photos for reference. Click "Submit Now".


C: Sales Enquiry

Fill in the details such as email address, phone number, company name, your message and attach any relevant photos for reference. Click "Submit Now".


D: Others Enquiry

Fill in the details such as name, email address, your message and attach any relevant photos for reference. Click "Submit Now".


Your inquiry has been successfully received. Click "OK" and wait for customer support team to get back to you. Remember to check your email!
