How to setup custom branding on Tracking Email?

Whether you need to send out parcel details for your customers via email in your favorite theme color or along with your own logo and promotional text/banner to boost your sales, we’ve got you covered in one place Custom Tracking Email.

To turn on normal Tracking Email:

Quote & Book your parcel as usual, then check the box to opt for Tracking Email and click “Add to Cart”. It's free of charge!

To setup Custom Tracking Email:-

Step 1: Head over to “Marketing Tools” and click on “Email” > “Custom Tracking Email”.

Step 2: Key in Email Subject with the variations listed above.

Step 3: Upload your own business/company logo and decide your theme color. You can see your Email Preview on the right side.

Step 4: You can insert your marketing message in the format of promotional text/banner, or both.

Step 5: If you do not intend to remove EasyParcel branding, you can proceed with a click on "Submit For Review"


You can choose to remove EasyParcel branding and display your own social media links (+S$0.00/parcel). Once everything is ready, click on “Submit to Review” and wait approval from EasyParcel team.

You can deactivate/activate the EasyTrack Branding anytime as you wish.

This Summary will appear whenever you Activate Custom Tracking Email. Click "Confirm".

Hooray! Custom Tracking Email successfully activated!
