How do I integrate my Shopify store with EasyParcel?

To integrate Shopify with EasyParcel SG, you can choose between the Shopify App Version (highly recommended for live shipping rates and automated fulfillment) or the Import Version (for manual batch processing). Simply log into your EasyParcel account, navigate to 'Integrations' > 'Add New Store', and select 'Shopify' to connect your store URL. Hey, EasyParcel fam! This article will explain how you can integrate your EasyParcel account with your Shopify store. By using EasyParcel Shopify APP, you are able to:

2. Start integrating - Add your store in EasyParcel account

Log into your EasyParcel account, go to 'Integrations', click on 'Add New Store' and click 'Shopify'.Navigating to Integrations > Add New Store > Shopify in EasyParcel dashboard


2.1: Shopify APP Version (Seamless) option. 

We highly recommend selecting EasyParcel Shopify APP, it enables:

  • Automate Shopify order fulfillment with preset couriers, automatic AWB generation, and tracking. Learn More 
  • Automatically update Shopify order status to 'fulfilled' after fulfilling via EasyParcel. Learn More
  • Customize AWB file names for a smoother, faster workflow. Learn More


Step 1: Fill in your 'Shop Name' and 'Your Shopify Store URL'.
Click "Next Step" to connect to your Shopify store. Once connected, you can complete the setup in your Shopify dashboard.Filling in Shop Name and Shopify Store URL to connect store

Step 2: Hold on for a second while EasyParcel redirects to your Shopify store panel. A prompt will come up to display that your integration is successful. And you can now click 'OK'.Integration success prompt redirected to Shopify store panel

Step 3: Go to your Shopify admin panel, click on 'Apps' , search for "EasyParcel- Delivery Made Easy" and click 'install'.Searching and installing EasyParcel - Delivery Made Easy app in Shopify admin

Step 4: You'll be redirected to the EasyParcel settings under the 'Getting Started' tab. Read through them and click 'Start Setup'.Getting Started tab in EasyParcel settings to begin setup

Step 5: You'll be brought to the 'Shipping Setting' tab to fill in your details. Choose which country you'd like to ship from and insert your integration ID. Copy the integration ID to paste on the 'Shipping Setting' tab.

Step 6: Please review the auto-filled 'Sender's Details' to ensure accuracy. If any information requires editing, kindly make the necessary adjustments. Once you have verified the details, please click 'Save' to store the information.Reviewing and saving sender details in Shipping Setting tab

Step 7: Go to your Shopify admin panel, click 'Settings', click 'Checkout' then under 'Shipping address phone number' choose 'Required' to ensure your customer's contact number is able to be captured by EasyParcel's Shopify APP.

Note: Failure to adhere to these steps may result in the buyer's contact number not being captured by EasyParcel app. Consequently, when the order is imported into EasyParcel, it may indicate a failed import due to an empty receiver_contact field. Additionally, for APP versions, successful order fulfillment may occur, but no AWB will be generated or provided to the customer due to the receiver_contact having an empty value.Navigating to Checkout settings in Shopify admin panelSetting Shipping address phone number to Required in Shopify

2.2: Import Version

Importing your Shopify orders into EasyParcel and fulfilling them with our shipping solutions.

Step 1: Select "Import Version", and fill in your 'Shop Name' and 'Your Shopify Store URL'. Click "Next Step".Selecting Import Version and entering Shopify store details

Step 2: Fill in the details for Weight Unit, Auto Import, Auto Merge, and Item Category. After that, choose the way you want your parcel to be sent by and the 'Courier Service Type', then click 'Next Step'.
i) Cheapest Service
Note: If you select this option, then the system will choose the cheapest service available for the quote destination. For this option, the service type will be pick up which means your parcel will be picked up at your preferred date.Choosing Cheapest Service option for automated courier selection

ii) Courier Company
Note: Here you can choose the specific courier you prefer with its service type. You can also choose the alternative courier you'd prefer for another option in the checkout process.Choosing a specific Courier Company and service type

Step 3: Here you can choose to turn on marketing tools that can boost your brand visibility and attract more loyal customers. Then hit 'Submit'.
