How to solve EasyParcel Shopify invalid mobile number in receiver's contact?

To fix this error, navigate to Shopify Admin > Settings > Checkout and set the Shipping address phone number to "Required." This ensures every order captures the contact details needed for courier booking and AWB generation in Singapore. For existing errors, manually update the phone number in the EasyParcel app before fulfillment.


Step 1:  Go to shopify admin panel, click "Settings" on the sidebar.

Step 2: Click "Checkout" on the sidebar.

Step 3: Under "Customer Information" tab, select "Required" value under "Shipping address phone number" section
