A. Shipment Enquiry

Step 1: Choose either 'Domestic Shipment' or 'International Shipment' Select Domestic or International shipment option

Step 2: Select the issue that's related to your enquiry.

Step 3: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.

B. Payment Enquiry

Step 1: Select 'Payment Enquiry'.Select Payment Enquiry option

Step 1: Choose 'Other Enquiries' and select the issue that's related to your inquiry.
