How to change country of residence on EasyParcel Mobile App?

EasyParcel Mobile App is available for iOS and Android and currently serving in Malaysia and Singapore. Users are advised to accurately select their sender country to prevent booking discrepancies.

Let us guide you through the correct procedure in this article. This procedure applies to both iOS and Android users.

Step 1: At the mobile app, go to "Me" and click on "Settings".

Step 2: In "Setting", click "Country" to proceed with the changing of country of residence.

Step 3: Choose EasyParcel Singapore or Malaysia based on your country and click “Save”.
