Before you begin testing API requests in our Sandbox Environment, you'll need sandbox credit to stimulate certain actions like order quotations, payment, and tracking. This credit allows you to test your full integration flow without using real money or making actual bookings.

1. What is a sandbox credit?
Sandbox credit is virtual credit available only in our Demo (Sandbox) Environment. It acts like a real wallet credit but is used purely for testing purposes. You can use this credit to:
✔️Simulate order quotations
✔️Submit bulk orders
✔️Test the payment process
✔️Trigger AWB and tracking responses
⚠️ Take Note: Orders placed in the sandbox will not appear on your live EasyParcel dashboard and will not be processed by real couriers.
2. How to request sandbox credit?
To get sandbox credit for API testing:
Step 1: Contact EasyParcel support
You can reach us via:
- Live Chat on the EasyParcel website
Email (via your account manager or support contact)
Step 2: Provide these details
Your EasyParcel account email or username
Mention that you're testing API in the Sandbox Environment
Specify that you need demo credit for development purposes
Step 3: Wait for confirmation
Our team will top up the sandbox credit on your demo account manually. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s ready to use.

If you don’t yet have access to the sandbox, you can still use your regular EasyParcel credentials to make requests on the demo URL (
http://demo.connect.easyparcel.my/
). No separate account is required—just remember that everything in the demo is for testing only.What’s Next?
