What is Tracking SMS on EasyParcel?

Introducing Tracking SMS where your receivers will receive the tracking details via SMS once the order is paid. Awesome isn’t it? If you’re having tons of orders and don’t want to have your customers left unattended, this will be a good magic tool for you to keep your receiver well informed on their shipment status. So how does it work? It’s really simple.


How much do I need to pay?


Below EP50/non top-up users
S$0.06 per Tracking SMS
EP100 - EP20,000 
Free (duration is based on your selected top up packages)

Here's how you can turn on Tracking SMS feature during parcel booking:-


Step 1: Quote & Book your shipments as usual. 


Step 2: After filling up the parcel content and its value, check the box to opt for Tracking SMS before a click on the "Add To Cart" button.


Step 3: Confirm your order and proceed to payment by clicking the “Check Out” button.
