What is EasyTrack on EasyParcel?

Tracking your EasyParcel shipment is easy, just use your tracking number located in the "Parcel Status" of your EasyParcel account and enter it into the tracking tool - EasyTrack. You can also find the tracking number on your email confirmation or on the air waybill.

Track A Single Parcel

From the top right corner of the our homepage, key in your tracking number and then proceed with a click on the search icon. 

Track Up To 15 Parcels

Step 1: From the sidebar of your dashboard, click on "Tools" and then "Track Parcel".

Step 2: Key in up to 15 tracking numbers and separate with a semicolon (;) or return (enter). Then click "Track" to proceed.

Step 3: Select a courier. If it's not the courier you're looking for, please click the link in pink.

Here you'll be directed to more supported couriers on EasyParcel

Step 4: Simply click on any tracking number to view the full details. 

Whether you have had your shipment picked or dropped a parcel off, you can use this tool to follow the status of your shipment. Be sure to share the tracking number with the receiver too, so that they can also monitor the movement of their parcel to avoid parcel return.
