Why my courier shipping option Qxpress in WooCommerce checkout page not showing?

Due to recent brand updates, Qxpress has been rebranded as TracX Logis and will no longer be available as a courier option in our system. However, their services will remain the same. Don't worry! A step-by-step tutorial is provided below to guide you through updating to TracX Logis.


Step-by-step Tutorial

Step 1: Login to your WordPress account > WooCommerce > Click "Settings" > Select "Shipping" tab > Select "EasyParcel Courier Setting" > Hover the zone that that involved Qxpress as courier service > Click "Edit".

Step 2: Hover to Qxpress courier > Click "Delete" > Click "Add courier service" to add TracX Logis to your zone.

Step 3: Select "TracX Logis" in Courier Service field > Name the Courier Display Name > Select your preferred rate setting > Click "Save changes".
