After integrating and setting up your WooCommerce store with EasyParcel, all new orders will be automatically imported into your EasyParcel dashboard. This allows you to manage, fulfill, and ship your orders directly from one platform. You can easily view your imported orders by navigating to the Integration section in your EasyParcel account.
Follow these steps to locate them:
Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel account
Access your EasyParcel account with your credentials.
Step 2: Access Integration dashboard
Under Integration tab, select Imported Orders

Step 3: View your imported WooCommerce orders
Ensure your order status in WooCommerce is set to Processing. Orders with Processing status will be automatically imported to EasyParcel every 4 hours.

Step 4: Forwarding WooCommerce orders to payment
4.1: Tick the checkbox to select one or multiple orders you want to proceed with, and enter your collection date. If the receiver prefers drop-off, you may select the 'I would like to drop off' option.

4.2a: Click Merge Orders if the selected orders share the same shipping address. This will consolidate them into one and direct you to the payment page.

4.2b: Proceed without merging. Click Add to Cart to move selected orders to checkout individually and continue with payment.
