TikTok Shop Sellers

You can fulfill your orders using EasyParcel. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Sign up or log in to EasyParcel

1.2: Log in to your EasyParcel account here 

Step 2: Export your TikTok order

2.1: In your TikTok Shop Seller Center > 'Manage Orders', click the 'Export' button to export orders.

2.2: In the 'Export Orders' tab, select 'All shipped by seller orders awaiting packing' as the export range, then download the file containing order and shipping details.

Step 3: Import your TikTok order to EasyParcel

You’ve got two options to fulfill your TikTok orders with EasyParcel:

      Option 1: Create a single order on EasyParcel.

      Option 2: Import bulk orders on EasyParcel.

Step 4: Updated the tracking number for your customers

After importing and booking, get your tracking numbers from EasyParcel and upload them to your TikTok Shop

TikTok Content Creators

If you're a TikTok Content Creator selling your products via livestream, video content, or bio link without going through TikTok Shop, EasyParcel is the perfect tool to help you fulfill orders. 

Step 1: Sign up or log in to EasyParcel

1.1: Sign up for free here

1.2: Log in to your EasyParcel account here 

Step 2: Set up TikTok Integration

2.1: Go to 'Integrations' > 'Add New Store'.

2.2: Select 'TikTok'.

2.3: Fill in your store details and click 'Next Step'.

2.4: Upload your logo, choose your preferred courier, and click 'Submit'.

Step 3: Share your store link with customers

      3.1: Go to 'Your Stores'. Copy and send the link to your customers.

3.2: Buyer fill in the delivery details and click 'confirm & submit'.

Step 4: Manage orders & make payment

4.1: After customer details are submitted, go to 'Integrations' > 'Imported Orders'.

4.2: Select the order you want to ship and click 'Add to Cart'.

4.3: Confirm delivery info and click 'Check Out' to proceed with payment.
