How to fulfill WooCommerce single orders?
Step 1: Access Your Order Details
Go to your WooCommerce order page and click on the specific order you wish to fulfill.
Step 2: Review & Fulfill the Order
Double-check the shipping details. Once confirmed, click ‘Fulfill Order’ to proceed.
Step 3: Download the Air Waybill (AWB)
After the order is fulfilled, you can download the AWB and attach it to your parcel for delivery.
How to fulfill WooCommerce bulk orders?
Step 1: Select Orders for Fulfillment
On your WooCommerce order page, select the orders you wish to fulfill. Click the bulk actions drop-down, choose ‘Order Fulfillment’, then hit ‘Apply’.
Step 2: Choose Preferred Couriers
From the available drop-down, select your desired couriers for these orders.
Step 3: Set Pickup/Drop-off Details
Choose your pickup or drop-off date, then click ‘Fulfill Order’ to proceed.
Step 4: Download Air Waybills (AWBs) in Bulk
4.1: To download AWBs in bulk, select the fulfilled orders, go to the bulk action drop-down again, choose ‘Download Bulk AWBs’, and click ‘Apply’.
4.2: The status will automatically turn to 'Completed' once done.
