If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the login page.

Step 2: Click on 'Forgot Your Password?'

Click on Forgot Your Password link

Step 3: Fill in your email address registered with EasyParcel and click 'Send'.

Step 4: An email will be sent to your inbox with further instructions on how to reset your password.

How to change password?

If you would like to change to a new password:

Step 1: From the top right corner of your homepage or dashboard, click on your avatar and select 'Profile'.

Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' tab and select 'edit'.

Navigate to Settings tab and click Edit

Step 3: Fill in your current and new password and click 'Save'.
