This feature allows you access the courier assortment corresponding to the country, which is either Malaysia or Singapore.
Just remember 1 set of login details and you can access to both your Malaysia and Singapore accounts with 1-time log in.
Why do I have to change my account's country?
This feature is suitable for any brand that has shipping requirements where their parcels originate in different countries.
All of your parcels will be displayed and charged in the currency associated with your account's country. You'll be able to access country-specific courier companies and seamlessly generate parcels according to account's country where you have address created.
How to change my account's country?
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and click on the arrow next to your credit balance.
Step 2: You'll see a dropdown of your Singapore and Malaysia's credit balance.
Step 3: Click to select it and your page will refresh in the country that you've selected.
