How to update or change my mobile number?

How do I change my phone number via contact us form?

Step 1: Visit easyparcel.com, hover over 'More' on the menu bar and click on 'Contact Us' from the dropdown.

Step 2: On the Contact Us webpage, select 'Other Enquiries'.

Step 3: Select 'General Enquiry/Feedback'.

Step 4: Type in the details to your enquiry (change mobile number) including a title, name, email address and comment.

Step 5: Once done, click 'Submit Now' and a customer support agent will reach back to assist you shortly.

How can I change my mobile number using Live Chat?

Step 1: Visit easyparcel.com and select the chat button on the bottom right of the webpage.
