Why I can't sign up with my phone number?

Your mobile number may already be linked to an existing EasyParcel account. A mobile number can only be registered under one EasyParcel account (same for email addresses).

There are two (2) possible reasons why your mobile number may already be linked to an existing EasyParcel account:

1. You have an existing account with the same mobile number

You might have already signed up and created an EasyParcel account before. Do try to recall the password and log in to the existing account. If you have forgotten your password, learn how to reset your password.

2. Your mobile number was recycled

As mobile numbers may be recycled by service providers, it is possible that your mobile number previously belonged to someone else. 

This does not mean that the previous owner has any access to the EasyParcel account linked to your mobile number, it only means that outdated information still exists in our system.
