To top up offline, click "Top Up" in your dashboard and select a high-value package (available for EP10,000 to EP50,000). Click "Get It Now" and select "Offline Payment." After completing the transfer at your bank, email your e-statement or proof of payment to support@easyparcel.sg. Your credits will be reflected in your account within 1-3 working days, extending your credit validity for one year.
Offline top-up methods often don't require a bank account or credit card and no Internet required to perform offline top up, fret not as we've launched offline top up for you. At this moment, offline top up is available for EP10,000, EP20,000 and EP50,000 packages only. Take note that no refund once the top up has been done. Here are the magical steps:-
Step 1: From the side bar of your dashboard, click on the “Top Up”, which is located under your profile name.
Step 2: Choose the top up package from EP10,000 until EP50,000 that suits your needs by clicking the "Get It Now" button.
Step 3: Go to "Offline Payment" and you can proceed your offline payment at your bank nearby.
Step 4: After ATM transfer/bank transfer the actual amount, kindly email your e-statement to support@easyparcel.sg and then your top up credit and free credit will be reflected within 1-3 working days.
Kindly be reminded that EasyParcel credit has a validity of 1 year from your latest top up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top up date by topping up any package. Know more about EasyParcel credit
