To top up, log in to your dashboard and click the "Top Up" button in the upper left corner. Select your preferred package (Special, Bundle, or Normal), click "Get It Now," and proceed to checkout. You can pay using Online methods (Credit/Debit Card, E-wallet), Offline methods (ATM/Bank Transfer), or Instalment plans (Grab PayLater). Once payment is confirmed, credits are instantly added to your account, unlocking discounted shipping rates and benefits.

How to Top Up credit on EasyParcel?

Step1: At your dashboard, click "Top Up", the button is located at upper left corner, under your profile name.

Step 2: Choose among special deals, bundle deals or normal packages to top up.

Step 3: Click "Get It Now" to perform top up.

Step 4: Before making payment, you can add Purchase With Purchase (PWP) Items in your cart.

Step 5: Click "Continue" to proceed with payment.
