If you find transferring a big amount of money via payment gateway is a bit worrying, fret not as we've launched offline top up for you. At this moment, offline top up is available for EP10,000 and EP20,000 packages only. The best part is you can get additional S$100 when you choose to top up offline via ATM or bank transfer.
Here are the magical steps:-
Step 1: Login to your account. Click on the “Top Up” button under your profile name.
Step 2: Choose the top up package from EP10,000 or EP20,000 that suits your needs by clicking the "Get It Now" button.
Step 3: Go to "Offline Payment" and you can proceed with a click on the "Continue" button.
After ATM transfer/bank transfer the actual amount, kindly contact us at Customer Help & Support, select your problems and fill in the presented form. Then your top up credit and free credit will be reflected within 1-3 working days.
Don’t worry as EasyParcel credit is valid for 365 days from the date of your most recent top up. Whenever you top up with any package again, the credit validity of all your account balance will be extended for another 365 days!
You can check your account validity by click on the "Clock" icon beside your EasyParcel credits.
