What is EasyParcel Top Up packages?

In order to save your time, EasyParcel uses credits system to place order. You can now load your account with EasyParcel Credits in advance to enjoy the convenience of click-and-go bookings. 

There are several top up packages ranging from EP20 to EP20,000. Every package comes with different attractive rates and benefits. You may choose based on your preference and delivery needs. Simply top up your EasyParcel account with credit and got your shipment booked easily with us.


You can top up via credit/debit card and e-wallet or bank transfer.

There are 4 sections in total:

#1 Promo Rate

This refers to the rate you'll be paying for each parcel for selected couriers and deliver within Singapore, excluding international shipment. Different package comes with different promo rates and other benefits. You may click on the rates itself or "Find Out More" to check on the promo rates. You can change the top up package to compare rates too.

 Or if you would like to compare the rates, simply click "Compare Rates" button on the right side.

#2 Promo Rate Duration

This refers to the duration you're entitled to enjoy promo rate and extra discount. Different packages comes with different duration. Once the promo duration ended, your account will switch back to member rate/normal rate. 

Bear in mind that your credits is valid for (1) year from your last top up date. You can activate back your remaining credit by topping up again.

Eg, You’ve made a EP500 top up on Jan 1 that unlocks promotion rate for 6 months. If you have remaining credit after June 30, your account will switch back to normal rate. A new top up will activate back all remaining credit and allow you to enjoy promo rate and benefits of your most recent top up package.

Follow the steps below to check your package duration:

Option 1: Click arrow down icon beside profile picture. Mouseover the green "Verified" label below located right under your profile name and you can see the date.

Option 2: Click "Account" > "Profile". Mouseover the green "Verified" label below located right under your profile name. 

#3 Free Packaging Material

You'll be given out packaging material such as from us when you top up a minimum of EP500 or above. Simply request here once top up done. 

#4 Free Tracking Email & Tracking SMS

Your recipient will receive tracking info via SMS or Email once air waybill is generated. You may enjoy this feature for FREE for a certain period of time. Available for EP100 and above.
