Your EasyParcel credits in each of your EasyParcel accounts will be valid for one (1) year from the date of your latest top-up date (Active Period).
To prevent your credit balance from expiring, you can top up any one of our packages within the Active Period and you will enjoy another one year of active credit.

Kindly take note that no refund shall be issued for expired or unused credits or services.
