Basic Insurance is an automatic coverage provided for every delivery booked through EasyParcel SG, at no extra cost. This insurance is issued by the individual courier providers and covers lost or damaged parcels up to a specific limit (determined by the courier's policy). To qualify for compensation, any issues must be reported within the courier's mandated reporting time frame. Note that items on the prohibited list are exempt from coverage, and it is recommended to use EasyCover for shipments that exceed the value of basic coverage.
