How to know if my parcel's issues are applicable for claim?

On EasyParcel SG, insurance claims are applicable for two main categories: parcels lost and parcels damaged. Lost parcels are covered under Basic Insurance, InsurePlus, or EasyCover (if opted-in at checkout), while damaged parcels are typically covered by the courier's Basic Insurance. To be eligible for a claim investigation, you must provide three mandatory documents: a photo of the parcel content, a photo of the outer packaging, and the original item invoice as proof of value. Always ensure the issue is reported within the specific reporting window required by the courier.
