Under the Courier Details section, the system will display whether your shipment is covered by "Basic" insurance (standard coverage provided by the courier for loss and damage) or "EasyCover" (premium protection from EasyParcel covering loss up to S$5,000). Verifying this ensures you know the exact liability limits for your parcel before or during transit.

How to check which insurance / protection coverage applied to my shipment?
You may do so by clicking on the "Manage Parcel" tab, then clicking "All Parcel". Find the shipment for which you want more clarification on its applied insurance / protection coverage, then click on the tracking number.
