How to check my shipment is entitled which insurance coverage?

All shipments made via EasyParcel are protected under Basic Insurance coverge.

You can also add EasyCover protection during checkout for your shipments, which protects up to a maximum of S$5000.

Kindly check your shipment insurance coverage by clicking your tracking number under "Manage Parcel" > "All Parcels". Learn your type of coverage by checking the details reflected.

Note: EasyCover protection is applicable to your shipment if you added 1.2% (domestic delivery) and 1.8% (international delivery) of your parcel value during checkout for the ultimate protection.
