How to know if my parcel's issues are applicable for claim?

While we at EasyParcel, and our courier partners do our best to ensure your parcels are safe and secure, we understand that incidents may happen. Thus, we provide an easy process for filing a claim for a few parcel issues you might face.

There are two types of parcel issues that are applicable for claims: parcels lost and parcels damaged. Refer to the table below to see the details of each parcel issue.

Note: *EasyCover protection is only applicable if you added 2%-2.5% of your parcel value to your shipment.
