How to verify my account (eKYC)?
Step 1: When you're required to verify your account, a QR code will pop up, which you'll need to scan with your phone to proceed to verification.
Step 2: You will be prompted to log into your account.
Step 3: Once logged in, you may read the reminder given, then click on "Let's Get Started".
Step 4: Click on the button to start taking photos of your NRIC (front and back).
Note: Make sure the photos are clear and do not capture any lighting on them.
Step 5: Take note of the information displayed and ensure everything is correct before clicking "Confirm".
Step 6: It's time to take a selfie, and make sure to avoid flash lighting and that your photo is in the frame. Then click "Submit Photo"
Step 7: Yayy! Your account has been verified, you can now click "Proceed" and it will take you back to your account.
