To change your AWB format, log in to your EasyParcel SG account, navigate to 'Profile', select 'Account Settings', and then click on 'Delivery Settings'. From there, you can choose between A4 (Standard) for regular document printers or A6 (Sticker) for thermal label printers. Once you save these changes, all future Air Waybills will automatically be generated in your preferred size, ensuring your labels fit perfectly on your packages and are ready for a smooth handover.

How to change couriers AWB format?
Step 1
From the sidebar of your dashboard, click on "Account" and then "AWB Format".
Step 2
Click on "Select Courier Services" and then select the courier that you wish to change the AWB format from the dropdown list shown.
Step 3
Click on "Select AWB Format" then select either A4 or sticker (by default, the AWB format is in A4 size).
Step 4:
Your AWB format will be updated immediately with a click on "Confirm Changes".
