How does the drop-off service work?
In EasyParcel, drop-off service refers to the process of leaving a parcel/ shipment to a designated location, typically a post office, courier service center, POPStations or a specific drop-off point. Instead of arranging for a pick-up service where someone collects the package from your doorstep, you are required to drop off the parcel/ shipment to the specified location and leave it there for further processing and delivery.
