What is the Restricted, Prohibited and Non Compensation Items?

Please note that certain items are strictly prohibited from being sent by any of our courier partners. Make sure to check your item against the list of prohibited items list before delivery. If the item in the parcel is listed under the prohibited item list and is being collected by courier, the courier reserves the right to return the parcel with additional charges. No refund of postage will be made.

What Are Prohibited Items?

This refers to items that are strictly prohibited from being delivered by any of our courier partners due to regulatory, hazard, safety, or other reasons. Any shipment containing such items may be subjected to their order being cancelled without notice. EasyParcel and courier companies will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the prohibited item(s). No compensation for loss or damage will be given as well. View the full list here.

What Are Non Compensation Items?

This refers to items that can only be delivered on a no-compensation basis by any of our courier companies. Any person sending such an item does so at their own risk. View the full list here.
