What can I ship?

  1. How to check the courier's restricted and prohibited items?
  2. How to check the Prohibited & Non-Compensation Items?

Please note that certain items are strictly prohibited to be sent by any of our courier partners. Make sure to check your item against the prohibited items list before delivery. If the item of the parcel is being found listed under prohibited item list and is being collected by courier, courier reserves the right to return the parcel with additional charges. No refund of postage will be made. 

What Are Prohibited Items?

This refers to the items that are strictly prohibited to be delivered by any of our courier partners due to regulatory, hazard, safety or other reasons. Any shipment containing such items may be subjected to their order being cancelled without notice. EasyParcel and courier companies will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the prohibited item(s). No compensation for loss or damage will be given as well. View the full list here.

What Are Non Compensation Items?

This refers to the items that can only be delivered on a no compensation basis by any of our courier companies. Any person sending such as item does so at their own risk. View the full list here.
