Quick Summary
The SingPost Point to Door service allows you to drop off your parcel at a POPStation for delivery directly to your receiver's doorstep. To book, go to Send Parcel and select Domestic Delivery. Enter your shipment details, select SingPost – Point to Door, and complete your booking. Once payment is done, download and print the Air Waybill (AWB), attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your selected POPStation.
SingPost – Point to Door transports your parcel from a POPStation to your receiver's doorstep. You are required to drop off your parcel at your selected POPStation, and the courier will deliver it directly to the receiver's address.
Step 1: Go to Send Parcel and select Domestic Delivery. Enter your shipment details and click Quote.
Step 2: Select SingPost – Point to Door from the courier list and click Book.
Step 3: Click the icon at the top right corner of the Choose Available Points column to select a POPStation near you for drop-off. Then select your drop off date.
Step 4: Fill in the sender and receiver details.
Step 5: Fill in the parcel details.
Step 6: Add any optional features, and click Add To Cart.
Step 7: In My Cart, confirm your order and click Check Out.
Step 8: On the payment page, proceed with payment.
Step 9: Once the order is complete, click the printer icon to download your Air Waybill. Print it out, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your selected POPStation.
