Quick Summary
Bulk Express statuses provide real-time updates on your shipping progress. Key statuses include Processing (template is uploading), Ready (upload successful and ready for checkout), Payment In Process (pending payment), and Generating AWB (creating airway bills). Once an order reaches Completed, the upload and payment are successful, and your airway bills are ready for download. If you see Expired, you must re-upload the template with a new pickup date.
In order to provide you a comforting experience when making orders with Bulk Express, we provide you with real-time progress that is marked by a few statuses. See what each of the statuses means in the table below.
Status | Description |
Processing | The bulk order template is currently being uploaded into our system. |
Stop | The upload was interrupted, kindly retry by uploading the bulk template again. |
Ready | The order has been uploaded, and you may proceed to checkout now. |
Expired | The order has exceeded courier cut off time for same date pick up. Kindly reupload your bulk template with a different pick up date and checkout accordingly. |
Payment In Process | This order is currently pending payment on the checkout page. |
Generating AWB | Once payment is made, the bulk airway bills will be ready for download once generated. |
Completed | This Bulk Express order successfully uploaded and paid. The airway bills are ready to be downloaded. |
