How to add-on services to your parcel on cart page?
To add extra protection to your valuable parcels, or the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method to your parcel or add estimated import tax & duties (DDP) to smooth your parcels, it can all be done easily via EasyParcel.
Step 1: Log in to your account, and from your dashboard click on the cart at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the parcel that you wish to add the services, and a summary of that parcel will be reflected. You can add on any services you want for that parcel straight from the summary itself. You can add Cash On Delivery, Tracking SMS, Air Waybill Branding and Custom Tracking Email.
How do I enable add-on services for multiple shipments at once on cart page?
You can also add on the services to multiple parcels at once. Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to your account, and from your dashboard click on the cart at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the parcels that you wish to add the services, or you can click "Select All" to add them to all your parcels at once. Then, click "Bulk Edit".
Step 3: Click the drop-down where you can view and choose the following bulk edit features:
- Parcel Protection (EasyCover)
- By opting for EasyCover, you will be able to protect your shipments in cases of lost. This will be based on your parcels value or up to RM10,000, whichever is lower.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Activate Cash on Delivery (COD) where drivers will collect the stated amount from receivers.
- Import Taxes and Duties
- Activate Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to ensure that your international shipments are delivered on time and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Tracking SMS
- Notify your customers of their parcel's tracking number and status by activating tracking SMS.
- Tracking E-mail
- Send a tracking e-mail to your customer once the order has been made.
How do I edit or change the parcel's details on cart page?
To edit your sender's details, receiver's details, change courier, etc, you may follow these simple steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your account and from your dashboard, click on the cart at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the parcel you wish to edit the details, click the three lines, and choose which details you need editing.
