To book a SingPost Point-to-Point service, navigate to the "Domestic Delivery" section on your dashboard and enter your pickup and delivery postcodes. Select the SingPost service from the list of available couriers, fill in the sender and receiver details, and complete your payment. Once booked, download and print the Air Waybill (AWB) to attach to your parcel for the courier to collect from your specified location.

SingPost - Point to Point delivery service refers to the transportation of parcels directly from a specific POPStation to another POPStation. For this service, you are required to drop off your parcel at the POPStation that you’ve selected. Receiver will have to pick up the parcel at the POPStation.
Step 1: Click on “Send Parcel” at your Dashboard sidebar, then select “Single Parcel”. Then, quote and book your parcel at the “Get Instant Quotes” column.
Step 2: Select “SingPost - Point to Point” and click “Book” to proceed.
Step 3: Click the icon at the top right corner of the “Choose Available Points” column to select POPStation near you. Then, fill in sender details accordingly.
Step 4: Click the icon at the top right corner of the “Choose Available Points” column to select POPStation near you. Then, fill in receiver details accordingly.
Step 5: Fill in parcel details accordingly.
Step 6: Select drop-off date, additional features (optional) and click “Add To Cart”.
Step 7: In “My Cart”, select SingPost - Point to Point service and click “Check Out”.
Step 8: At the payment page, click “Pay With Credit” to proceed.
Step 9: The order is completed, you may click the printer icon to download the Airway Bills!
