Pickup delivery lets a courier collect your parcel directly from your doorstep — no need to travel to a drop-off location. To get started, click Send Parcel from your dashboard, enter your parcel details, and select a courier that offers pickup. Fill in the required details, select a pickup date, complete payment, and download your Air Waybill (AWB) from Manage Parcel > All Parcels. Attach the AWB to your parcel and your courier will collect it on the scheduled date.

What is Pickup Delivery?
Pickup delivery is a service where a courier partner collects your parcel directly from your doorstep or address. Instead of bringing your parcel to a drop-off location, you simply schedule a pickup date during booking and your selected courier will come to you.
This option is ideal if you prefer a hands-free experience without needing to travel to a courier location.
Door-to-Door vs Door-to-Point
EasyParcel SG offers two types of pickup delivery. Both involve a courier collecting the parcel from your address — the difference is how the parcel is delivered to your receiver.
Door-to-Door (D2D) — A courier collects the parcel from your address and delivers it directly to your receiver's doorstep.
Door-to-Point (D2P) — A courier collects the parcel from your address and delivers it to a designated destination point (e.g. a POPStation). Your receiver then collects the parcel from that location.
When selecting a courier, the service listing will indicate whether it is a Door-to-Door or Door-to-Point service. The booking process is the same for both.

How to Book a Pickup Delivery
The steps below apply to both Door-to-Door and Door-to-Point pickup services.
Step 1: Click Send Parcel from your dashboard and select Domestic Delivery as your delivery type.
Step 2: Enter the pickup and delivery postcodes and the weight of your parcel. Available courier options will appear once the details are entered. If you're unsure how to determine your parcel weight, you can learn it here.
Step 3: Select a courier that offers a pickup service and click Book. The service listing will indicate whether it is Door-to-Door or Door-to-Point.
Step 4: Fill in the sender's and receiver's address and contact information.
Step 5: Fill in the parcel weight, content, and value. You may also enter parcel dimensions (optional but recommended for accurate pricing).
Step 6: Review any available optional services and select those that apply:
- Parcel Coverage — Protect your parcel with insurance coverage.
- Marketing Tools — Access a range of marketing options to engage your recipients.
Step 7: Select your preferred pickup date.
Step 8: Proceed to payment. For a single shipment, click Checkout and complete payment via the available option (such as Instant Pay or Pay with Credits). If you would like to add more shipments before paying, click Add to Cart and check out when ready.
Step 9: Once payment is complete, go to Manage Parcel > All Parcels. Select your order(s) from the list, then click Download > Air Waybill to download in bulk, or click the printer icon to download and print the AWB for an individual shipment.
Available Pickup Couriers
Not all couriers on EasyParcel SG support pickup. When selecting a courier at Step 3, only couriers that offer a pickup option for your entered details will be available to select.

After Booking
Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete:
- Go to Manage Parcel > All Parcels and download or print your AWB.
- Attach the AWB securely to your parcel.
- Ensure your parcel is ready for collection on the pickup date you selected during booking.
