Door-to-door delivery service is fall under pick up delivery service option. It refers to a service where parcels/shipments are picked up from one location and delivered directly to the recipient's doorstep. This service is commonly used by businesses and individuals who need to send items to customers or friends/family without the hassle of going to a post office or shipping center. Scroll down for the step by step tutorial! Let's take SingPost - Door to Door as example.
Step 1: Click on “Send Parcel” at your Dashboard sidebar, then select “Single Parcel”. Then, quote and book your parcel at the “Get Instant Quotes” column.
Step 2: Select courier that available for pick up service (take SingPost Standard as an example) and click “Book” to proceed.
Step 3: Fill in the sender's details. You can also choose from "Address Book" if you have saved it before.
Step 5: Fill in the parcel details and its value. Also, choose a pick up date at your convenience.
Step 6: Add any marketing tools to your parcel (optional) and proceed with "Add To Cart" button.
Step 7: In “My Cart”, confirm your shipment details and click on the “Check Out” button.
Step 8: At the payment page, click “Pay With Credit” to proceed.
Step 9: The order is completed, you may click the printer icon to download the Airway Bills!

Door to Point delivery service is fall under pick off delivery service option. refers to the transportation of parcels directly from the sender's doorstep to a specific POPStation. For this service, the delivery man will pick up the parcel at your doorstep. Receiver will then receive his or her parcel from the POPStation that you've selected. Step 1: Click on “Send Parcel” at your Dashboard sidebar, then select “Single Parcel”. Then, quote and book your parcel at the “Get Instant Quotes” column.
