Steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Single Parcel" on your dashboard.
Step 2: Select destination country, key in the postcodes and the weight of your parcel. Then proceed with "Quote & Book"
Step 3: Select whichever courier at your preference with a click on "Book" button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender's details. You can choose contacts from "Address Book" if you have saved it before.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver's details. Address book are available to choose if you had saved the receiver details before.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel content and its value. HS Code is optional.
HS Codes (harmonized commodity description & coding system) were created for international use by the customs department to classify commodities when they are being declared at the custom frontiers by exporters and importers.
Step 7: Choose a pick up/drop-off date. Next, you can add marketing options to your parcel and continue with a click on the "Add To Cart".
Step 8: Confirm your shipment details and click on the “Check Out” button.
Step 9: Complete the booking with a click on "Pay With Credits".
Step 10: You're done. Simply click the printer icon to download your air waybills and proforma invoice for printing.
If you've missed out step 10:-
- Head over to “All Parcels" > "Parcel Status”. By selecting on your parcel and click on the printer icon at the right side, you can download and print the airway bill for that parcel.
Or
- If you have more than one parcel, you can multi-select your orders, then click on "Download" > "Download AWB" to download them in bulk. Then your printing work will be much easier and faster.
