Domestic or International parcel
It's really easy to find out the estimated time for your courier to come and collect your parcel. For domestic or international parcel, you may follow these simple steps to find out the collection time.
Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel account, head over to 'Manage Parcel', then click on 'All Parcel'. Search for the parcel you wish to know its status and click on its tracking number.
Step 2: It will bring you to the tracking page, where you'll see the pickup is assigned.
On-Demand parcel
What if you're sending an express, on-demand parcel? Well, worry not. You can follow these simple steps to know when your on-demand parcel will be collected.
Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel account, head over to 'Manage Parcel' then click on 'On-Demand Parcel'. Click on the on-demand parcel that needs to be collected; it will show you the details.
Note: You can check the 'Timeline' section to see the details of your parcel pick up.
Step 2: Alternatively, you can also click on 'View Tracking' which will bring you to a live tracking page.
Scheduled pick up
.Are you an organized business person or just a casual sender who loves to prepare everything in advance? Well, you definitely scheduled your parcels to be picked up at a specific time too. Now, in case you want to refresh your mind on when your parcels will be picked up, you can follow these simple step-by-step.
Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel account, head over to 'Manage Parcel' and click on 'All Parcel'. Choose the parcels you have scheduled, click "View Details" and you'll see the scheduled date you have chosen in its details.
Courier service pick-up information
Every courier on EasyParcel has their own pick up time based on a variety of factors such as; locations, work hours, and delivery preparation. | Ninja Van | Book before 11.45am, collection within 9am-10pm. |
| SingPost | Book before 4.15pm, collection within 9am-6pm. |
| SF Express | Book before 11:55am, collection within 10am-6pm. |
| Viamove | Depends on the distance between the rider/driver and the sender's location. |
| ParkNParcel | Book before 8pm, collection will be on next working day within 8am-8pm. |
| Aramex | Book before 10.45am, collection within 9am-6pm. |
| Airpak | Book before 11.59pm, collection will be on next working day within 8.30am-6pm. |

| FedEx | Book before today 4:50pm for same day pickup. After 4:50 booking, shipment will be collect by next day 10am-7pm. |

| UPS | Book before 4.00pm, collection within 9am-6pm. Collected today from 8.30am to 6pm for office area and 8.30am to 9pm for residential area. |
| Teleport Priority | For orders made before 3:50pm, parcels will be collected between 8am-6pm for same day pick up. |
| Airpak | Book before 4.15pm, collection within 8.30am-6pm. |
| City-Link | From 10:30am to 5pm (Monday-Friday). Bookings received before 12:50pm will be picked up on the same day. |
