What's thermal printer?
A thermal printer is a printer that makes use of heat in order to produce the image on paper. It does not make use of ink or toner unlike many other printing forms but largely depends on thermal papers for producing the images, so it’s a great way to keep you save cost on AWB printing.

- EasyParcel users who top up EP5,000 or above for the first time during this campaign starting from 20th October 2020 will be eligible to obtain a free thermal printer.
- Every EasyParcel user is only entitled to this free thermal printer once (per account only).
- EasyParcel holds the right to alter the rules and regulations of the campaign or terms and conditions without notice.
- EasyParcel only delivers the thermal printer within Singapore excluding restricted areas.
- The thermal printer will be dispatched in 4 weeks to 8 weeks upon top up.
- The thermal printer can’t be exchanged for cash or EasyParcel credits.
- The thermal printer may vary in colours, designs, and sizes from the picture above.
- The free thermal printer comes with first come first served, while stocks last.
- EasyParcel shall not entertain any request of replacement for a damaged thermal printer after 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
