In the aim to give you our best service, all shipments booked via EasyParcel are covered under Basic Insurance offered by our courier partners. But we understand that a lot of your parcels value can exceed the basic insurance. Thus, we provide EasyCover where you're able to purchase for 1.5%-1.8% of your parcel value with a maximum coverage of S$5000. The EasyCover charges are based on the selected courier partners.
Step 1: Go to "Send Parcel", click "Single Parcel", add parcel details and click "Quote & Book".
Step 2: Choose your favorite courier and hit "Book".
Step 3: Fill in the sender's details, receiver's details and parcel details.
Step 4: Add on EasyCover by clicking on it. Select an item category in the drop-down menu.
Note: Depending on your selected courier, you'll have different Basic Insurance coverage. If it exceeds the basic coverage offered, then you're able to add on EasyCover protection for your parcels.
Step 5: Proceed to payment by clicking "Add To Cart".
Note: EasyCover does not cover items that are included in the Execution List, and no refunds on EasyCover charges will be given nor will claim submissions be entertained should you purchase EasyCover on any excluded items.
