Contact us at Customer Help & Support, select Parcel Collection - missed picked up/remind pick up and fill in the form. Our support team will remind courier to pick up parcel as soonest possible. - Rebook for a new courier
Fill in the form over at Customer Help & Support regarding your problem. You may book for a new shipment while waiting for our support team to cancel your previous shipment.
