How to check my reported issues status?

Quick Summary

You can easily track your reported issue status through the EasyParcel SG dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the side column, and click on 'Support' > 'Customer Support'. From there, select 'Parcel Report' and click on the 'Message Board' to view a full list of your submitted reports and their current progress. This feature is highly relevant to Singapore users who need real-time updates on delivery disputes, weight discrepancies, or lost parcel claims directly from the support team.


Once submitting your report, you may view your parcel's report status by following the steps below:

Step 1:

Step 2:

Step 3:
