Why reject my insurance / protection claim?

Unfortunately, not all claims are successful after a thorough investigation by the EasyParcel team and the dedicated couriers. 

A rejected insurance claim may be due to but are not limited to:-

  • Your shipment has been delivered in the midst of the insurance claim
  • You did NOT resubmit the details/documents required within the time frame provided by our support team.
