Why my On-Demand delivery still in "Pending" status?

Quick Summary

A "Pending" status on EasyParcel SG indicates that the system is currently searching for the closest available driver to pick up your parcel. If it remains pending, a suitable driver has not been found yet. You can use the Auto Refresh widget (updates every 25 seconds) or the Express Driver Finder feature to book multiple couriers simultaneously and find a driver faster. 


After payment is made, the status will change to "Pending". This status indicates the system is locating the closest suitable driver who is available to pick up your parcel.


Your On-Demand delivery booking may stay at "Pending" status because a suitable driver has not been found yet at the moment. You may refresh the page to see the latest status update or turn on the "Auto Refresh" on the top right to keep the progress updated automatically.

 
But no worries, our webpage will be auto refresh every 25 seconds, the widget is located at the top right corner of On-Demand Delivery webpage.
