Why is my On-Demand delivery stuck in one status for so long?

Each status indicates a different situation for your on-demand delivery. There are a few possible reasons as to why the status stayed the same. Kindly refer to the table below:

Possible Reasons The Status Stay The Same
The system is locating the closest suitable driver to pick up your parcel.A suitable driver may not have been found yet.
AcceptedDriver has accepted your order booking and is on his way to pick up your parcel.The driver could be stuck in a traffic jam, or the distance to your selected pick up location is quite far.

For some of the couriers such as Viamove has specific timings to collect and deliver your parcel. The driver will efficiently carry out the collection and delivery precisely at the scheduled timeslot. Click here to identify the allocated timeframe for each of the service.
In TransitYour parcel has been picked up and is in transit to its destination.Your parcel is still in delivery and has not reached its destination yet.
